What you’ll do
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to manage forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration for smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand plans.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to avoid stock-outs or excess.
Analyze demand patterns and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in forecasting tools and MS Excel; ERP experience preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Willingness to work in any shift as per business requirements.
