Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities

Lead email campaigns and automation in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting).
Drive SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) and oversee the content calendar with the Content team.
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital channels.
Analyze performance in GA4, HubSpot, and SEO tools; provide actionable insights to improve funnel metrics.
Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and measurable pipeline contribution from marketing.
Mentor team members and manage external agencies/freelancers when required.
Requirements

12+ years of digital marketing experience with strong focus on email, automation, SEO, and content.
Hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, analytics).
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC) and content operations.
Skilled in GA4, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and CRO.
Excellent communication, copy/brief writing, and project management skills.
Exposure to paid media (Google/LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
