KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities • Partner with cross -functional team to identify new opportunities requiring the use of modern technology / AI tools/ Dialer logics • Building synergies with internal lead generation Channels like Marketing Team, Central portfolio team and Contact center teams for seamless execution of business plan. • Proactively Communicate with the internal teams on the emerging opportunities and areas of development • Identify digital opportunities to use digital technology effectively and efficiently in support of the business goals. • Coordinate with Verticals to understand the challenge faced in the current technology and work for solutions through automation / new technology

Core

Responsibilities • Identify Automation initiatives for business functions and build value proposition for all projects. Review and understand the scope and define technical requirements of IT & Business application. • Real time integration of Drop off leads for all product and across different channel like Iris, website, Rapido and website • End to end tasks and projects ownership with project/stakeholder management skills, proficiency in preparing BRDs, Business cases • Implementation of Omni channel in Acquisition process across vendor and bank location • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments • Exercise close supervision during the development of the system to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications • Understanding business requirements and initiating voice-blast and SMS campaigns through empaneled vendors to identify interested customer base • Designing Bot flows, testing flow and initiating Bot campaigns basis business requirement • Analysis of Bot, IVR and SMS campaigns and suggesting strategies to improve campaign connectivity and conversions.
