Background

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our finance team . The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls. This role requires a proactive professional who can support the CFO, managing financial operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.
Develop and monitor financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Internal Controls & Risk Management

Implement and enhance internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.
Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct periodic financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor and manage cash flows, fund allocations, and working capital.
Optimize banking relationships and oversee treasury functions.
Operational Finance & Process Improvement

Supervise accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and automation of finance processes.
Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and operational efficiencies
Key Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing roles.
Industry Preference: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or related industries.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Direct & Indirect Taxation, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally), and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, leadership abilities, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
