What you’ll do
IT Developer React & Next.js with Strong UI/UX Design Knowledge

Location: In-office / Hybrid (Technology changes from Laravel to React)

Overview:
Flair My Trip is modernising its tech stack from Laravel to React. We are seeking a skilled IT Developer with deep React and Next.js expertise and a solid eye for UI/UX design to build scalable front-end experiences and collaborate on architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces.
Implement state management, API integration, authentication, and client-side performance optimizations.
Contribute to desthe ign system creation and component libraries for consistency across products.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure quality and maintainability.
Work with backend teams to define API contracts and data modeling; optimize data fetching.
Migrate or rewrite legacy Laravel-based front-end components to React where applicable.
Stay current with industry best practices, toolchains, and potential tech upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
36 years of hands-on development experience with React, Next.js, and modern front-end ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with back-end services.
Proficiency in UI/UX principles; ability to contribute to design discussions and implement polished interfaces.
Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.), testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and build tools (Vite, Webpack).
Knowledge of migrating or integrating with Laravel-based back-ends is a plus.
Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with server-side rendering, Next.js features (SSG/ISR), and performance profiling.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployments.
