Position: Java Technical Lead – Java Developer
Experience: 7 – 11 Years
Skill Level: High Job Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Role Overview As a Java Technical Lead – Java Developer, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, project managers, and developers. You will lead the design, development, and integration of digital products within a DevOps and Agile (Scrum) framework, ensuring code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Collaborate with project managers to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
Recommend and validate technical solutions ensuring architectural compliance.
Oversee all stages of development – planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Enforce high code quality standards, conduct reviews, and manage technical risks.
Mentor developers, share best practices, and drive technical excellence.
Lead continuous technology improvement initiatives.
Development and Integration
Perform full-stack development using Java 17, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Manage databases such as SQLServer, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Implement DevOps practices and automate workflows through CI/CD pipelines.
Required Technical Skills
Methodologies: Agile (Scrum), DevOps
Languages: Java 17, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, SQL
Frameworks: Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Hibernate, Angular v15, Angular Material v14, ASP.NET

Technical Expertise
Minimum 7 years of experience in Java technologies and full-stack development.
Proven experience leading small to medium technical teams.

Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
