Job Title : Lead Auditor GRC

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner / up to 15 Skills :

GRC, ITGC, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC 2, Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, Compliance Frameworks, Cybersecurity Responsibilities :

GRC Strategy & Governance :
Develop and implement GRC strategies aligned with business and regulatory objectives.
Oversee governance frameworks, policies, and standards for managing IT and cybersecurity risks.
Deliver reports and updates on audit outcomes and GRC initiatives to stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation :
Prepare detailed documentation to support ITGC, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIST, etc.
Ensure accurate record-keeping to support internal and third-party audits.
Audit & Risk Management :
Lead internal audits and conduct IT compliance assessments across various industries (Banking/NBFC, Power, IT, Manufacturing, Services).
Coordinate with third-party auditors and identify areas of improvement in existing controls.
Framework Mapping & GRC Integration :
Map multiple information security frameworks to create an integrated compliance and risk management model.
Design GRC frameworks that unify risk and compliance processes.
Training & Awareness :
Develop and conduct organization-wide user awareness and cybersecurity training programs.
Policy Development & Monitoring :
Create, update, and enforce IT and information security policies in accordance with industry best practices and regulations.
Monitor compliance and recommend improvements.
Continuous Improvement :
Analyze audit findings and implement action plans for risk mitigation and improved compliance posture.
