What you’ll do
Harmonization of FUCHS brand maintaining the style guidelines and brand vision
Management of advertising and promotional items according to the budget
Creation of promotional collateral to maintain product branding
Develop cost effective suppliers
Competitor analysis (automotive aftermarket business) and differentiated marketing solutions
Manage exhibition and events
Develop marketing collaterals for automotive aftermarket
Assist in developing and executing the brand strategy for company’s focus market – Automotive Aftermarket
Implement innovative visibility options
Assist with product launches
Innovative packaging solutions for retail business
Develop visual merchandise for automotive aftermarket
Assist in the formulation and implementation of digital marketing activities in line with the overall digital marketing strategy
Work closely with external agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
Manage the social media channels
Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
Closely work with automotive aftermarket division head for development of automotive aftermarket business

The OEM division (OEM=Original Equipment Manufacturer) develops and manufactures automotive lubricants for OEMs like vehicle manufacturers, car drivers, motor-cyclists and goods transport according to their requirements. The fast growing automotive, truck sector and agricultural equipment industry are the main fields of focus. The product range comprises first fill and products for in-use servicing.
The SPECIALTY division concentrates on special lubricants for all industrial applications for India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. These special lubricants cater to industries like cement, minerals processing, thermal power, wind energy, glass, food, etc. With its headquarters at Kaiserslautern in Germany, LUBRITECH has more than 400 employees worldwide and is available in more than 60 countries.
