SEO Expert (5+ Years Experience)

About Us

We are a growing digital marketing and web development agency based in Cyprus, serving clients across Europe, Asia, and the USA. Our projects include e-commerce stores, corporate websites, directories, and complex custom solutions. We are now looking for an experienced SEO Expert to join our team full-time on a fully remote basis.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO professional (5+ years experience) with a proven track record of ranking websites #1 on Google in competitive industries. This role goes beyond basic SEO we want someone who can develop strategies, build high-quality backlinks, optimize technical aspects, and create content that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for various industries.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research targeting low-difficulty, high-demand terms.
Write and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks and converts.
Build authoritative backlinks through ethical outreach and partnerships.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues (sitemaps, indexing, site health, structured data).
Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance in collaboration with developers.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
Prepare and deliver monthly SEO reports with rankings, traffic, and growth metrics.
Communicate directly with clients in fluent English, explaining strategies and results clearly.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years proven experience in SEO with demonstrable results.
Strong background in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proven success in ranking websites on 1st page of Google (proof required).
Excellent skills in content strategy & optimization.
Deep understanding of backlink acquisition & white-hat link building.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Reliable internet connection and capable computer setup.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with international SEO (multi-language, hreflang, geo-targeting).
Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce platforms & large portals.
Experience with schema markup and structured data.
Familiarity with CDN, caching, and speed optimization for SEO performance.
Working Conditions

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Cyprus/Nicosia time (to align with client activity).
Fully remote, based in India.
Opportunities for overtime if desired (optional).
Competitive salary with performance-based increases every 3–6 months.
Performance bonuses available based on ranking and traffic results.
