What you’ll do
Hiring for Social Media manager for a healthy snacking brand

Location Mumbai

As the Social Media Manager you will be the voice of the brand across all social media platforms, driving engagement, building community, and executing creative campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of and driving our digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute innovative content strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
Community Management: Engage with our growing community of customers, followers, and brand advocates, ensuring consistent and positive interactions across all channels.
Campaign Management: Plan and implement social media campaigns, from ideation to execution, measuring performance, and optimizing based on insights and metrics.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI. Utilize these insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders to expand reach and credibility in the plant-based food space.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content is consistent with brand identity, tone of voice, and mission.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and platforms, and identify new ways to engage and expand our audience.
Crisis Management: Handle negative feedback or issues on social media in a professional and prompt manner, maintaining the brand’s reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Expertise:
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Experience in end to end execution of social media campaigns
Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Insights, etc.) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and an understanding of visual content trends.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
