Review AI-generated categorization of customer transactions for accuracy and completeness.
Manually categorize transactions that AI cannot confidently classify.
Identify and flag ambiguous or complex transactions for the further review.
Provide detail feedback to help improve AI model accuracy and learning.
Maintain documentation of categorization decisions and support audit processes.
Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and ensure consistent categorization standards.
Use data labeling and spreadsheet tools to organize and track transaction data.
Adapt to evolving AI models and processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
