Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with 3-6 years of relevant HR experience who will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of employee life cycle management, HR policies, compliance, and HRMS tools (Greythr preferred).You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exits (F&F).
Handle leave, attendance, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Conduct and manage background verification for new hires.

Recruitment & Talent Management

Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Build a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements on time.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Plan and implement employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work environment by driving HR initiatives aligned with company values.

Systems & HRMS

Manage HRMS platforms (preferably Greythr) for attendance, leave, and employee data.
Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave, etc.) for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
Experience:
3-6 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and policies.
Proficiency in HRMS tools (Greythr preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
