What you’ll do
Senior Service Engineer (Commissioning, Service & Automation)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful installation, operation, and
automation of our technical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commissioning:
o Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute the
commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
o Perform installation and setup tasks according to technical specifications and
safety protocols.
o Conduct thorough testing and verification procedures to ensure equipment
functions optimally.
o Provide initial training to clients on equipment operation and basic
maintenance. • Service:
o Respond promptly to customer service requests regarding equipment
malfunctions and performance issues.
o Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using analytical and problem-
solving skills.
o Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to restore equipment functionality and
minimize downtime.
o Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for future reference.
• Automation:
o Identify opportunities for automating equipment operation and processes to
improve efficiency.
o Develop and implement automation solutions using programming languages
or scripting tools (if applicable).
o Configure and integrate automation systems with existing equipment
infrastructure.
o Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems to ensure smooth operation.
