The Core Banking Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering technical aspects of the Core Banking Implementation Program. The role involves defining and executing implementation strategies, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business and technology objectives. This position will provide end-to-end technical support across implementation phases, testing cycles, and production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technology solutions to meet core banking requirements across various project phases including Product Walkthrough, Scope & Integration Study, Solution Architecture, Environment Sizing, SIT/UAT, and Production Rollout.
Provide technical support during User Training, Business Simulation, and Production implementation.
Lead and mentor onsite/offshore and outsourced teams for application support and change management.
Oversee Business Analysts in core banking implementation ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, schedule, budget, and scope requirements.
Analyze technical requirements, assess impact on existing systems, and propose solution architectures.
Manage integration and design documentation to meet business and technical requirements.
Support development teams by explaining banking concepts, verifying resolution of issues, and ensuring functional correctness.
Oversee FLEXCUBE customized solution implementation, integration, performance/security testing, and smooth production cutover.
Monitor production systems ensuring adequate resources and stability.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT staff and stakeholders across the program.
Key Result Areas

Successful delivery of Core Banking Implementation projects within defined SLAs, cost, and timelines.
Effective management of BA and development teams for high-quality deliverables.
Smooth production rollout with complete documentation and knowledge transfer.
Ensure compliance, performance, and scalability of core banking systems.
Enable transformation to the next version of digital core banking platforms.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Core Banking Implementation with experience in FLEXCUBE or similar digital core systems.
Advanced knowledge of Functional and Technical Architecture of core banking applications.
Proven ability to lead diversified onsite/offshore teams and vendor resources.
Expertise in system integration, performance testing, UAT, and production rollout.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and solution-architecture skills.
Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives in banking.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
