Customer relationship manager

Are you that person who can talk to literally anyone? Someone who enjoys chatting with people, figuring out what they need, and making sure they feel heard and sorted?

We’re a growing event decor and design company based in Mumbai—we do weddings, birthdays, baby showers, brand launches, corporate gigs, you name it. And right now, the enquiries are non-stop (which is amazing, but also… help).

We’re looking for someone who can jump in and take charge of client conversations with warmth, confidence, and clarity.

What you’d be doing:

Talking to clients on Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, etc.
Understanding what they’re looking for and sharing the basics
Creating moodboards
Coordinating with team and vendors
Making sure nobody gets left on “seen”
Who this is for:

You’re a great communicator (spoken + written English)
You’re friendly, patient, and people feel comfortable around you
You remember to follow up without being nagged
Freshers keen on learning or anyone with one year experience and are on their toes.
If you’ve worked in events or anything client-facing, that’s a big plus
Location: Mumbai
Hybrid role
Experience: 0-1 year of experience
