Freelance career counsellor

We are a growing job portal / career development platform dedicated to helping job seekers make informed career decisions and get placed in the right opportunities. We’re expanding our network of expert Career Counselors to provide high-quality guidance and support to our users.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Career Counselors who can guide students, fresh graduates, and job seekers in making the right career choices. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for freelancers, educators, or consultants who want to earn based on performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the career goals, interests, and skills of clients (students, job seekers, working professionals).
Provide personalized career guidance via calls, chats, or video sessions.
Recommend suitable job opportunities, courses, certifications, or career paths.
Refer potential candidates to our platform and encourage registrations or job applications.
Help job seekers improve their resumes, interview skills, and job-readiness.
Maintain basic documentation and feedback for each session.
Follow up with users to ensure progression toward career goals.
Eligibility / Skills Required:

Prior experience in career counseling, HR, recruitment, education, or training (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the job market and career paths in India or globally.
Ability to assess client strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and remotely.
Compensation:

Pure commission-based role (per session)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
