Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Freelance Technical Interviewers to conduct remote interviews for software engineering, data, DevOps, and other tech roles. You will assess candidates’ technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and communication skills based on pre-defined evaluation rubrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1:1 technical interviews (live coding, system design, DSA, or project discussions) via video conferencing.
Evaluate candidates fairly using structured rubrics and standardized scorecards.
Provide detailed feedback and technical assessments post-interview.
Collaborate with our team to calibrate and improve interview quality.
Ensure professionalism, fairness, and a positive candidate experience.
Eligibility & Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development / engineering / data science / DevOps.
Strong command of one or more areas: DSA, system design, backend/frontend development, databases, cloud, DevOps, etc.
Previous interviewing experience (internal hiring panels or freelance) is a big plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Access to a good internet connection, quiet environment, and laptop with camera.
Availability:

Minimum 4–6 interview slots per week (each 30–45 mins)
Flexibility to choose your own schedule
Evening/weekend slots available and encouraged
Compensation:

Commission based (per session) pay
