Job Title:* Part-Time Recruiter

*Job Summary:*We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients. If you have a strong network and are passionate about recruitment, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

*Key Responsibilities:*- Source and recruit candidates for our clients through various channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.)- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability- Present qualified candidates to our clients for further evaluation- Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients

*Requirements:*- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply if they have a strong network)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills- Ability to work independently and meet targets- Part-time commitment (flexible hours, specify number of hours per week)
