Job Summary:

We are looking for empathetic, well-informed, and proactive Career Counsellors to guide students and professionals in making informed career choices. The ideal candidate will assess individual client needs, help them understand their strengths and interests, and offer guidance on career planning, skill development, and job market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions (virtual/in-person) with students or working professionals.
Assess clients’ academic and career preferences using interviews, aptitude tests, and psychometric tools.
Assist in identifying suitable career paths and educational courses.
Guide candidates on resume building, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
Maintain updated knowledge of educational and career trends across industries.
Prepare personalized career action plans and follow up on progress.
Collaborate with educational institutions, HR departments, or training teams as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of counselling sessions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Certification in career counselling or guidance (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of various careers, industries, and educational options.
Ability to use counselling tools, career platforms, and CRM systems.
Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in counselling, HR, education, or a similar advisory role.
Familiarity with psychometric assessments (MBTI, Strong, etc.).
Experience in EdTech, training, or career development companies.
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,509.44 – ₹38,228.93 per month

Work Location: Remote
