Technical recruitment consultant
Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter (US & India Recruitment)
Location: Remote/Hyderabad
Experience Required: 5–7 years
Job Type: Contract(3-6 months)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter who specializes in US IT recruitment and also has a strong background in India-based IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have deep sourcing expertise, an understanding of global hiring practices, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across geographies and functions.
Key Responsibilities: US IT Recruitment
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT roles in the US market.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms and understand US work visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.).
Coordinate with US clients and account managers for requirements and updates.
Utilize US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and ATS platforms efficiently.
Schedule interviews across time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
India IT & Non-IT Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (developers, DevOps, testers, etc.) and Non-IT roles (operations, finance, sales, HR, etc.) in India.
Source profiles using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts and onboarding processes.
General
Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Prepare and share regular reports on hiring status and metrics.
Ensure a great candidate experience across regions and functions.
Stay up to date with industry hiring trends and best practices.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both US (IT) and India (IT & Non-IT) markets.
Deep understanding of different US employment types, work authorizations, and recruitment cycles.
Proficient in sourcing through various channels including job portals, ATS, and social media.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Good to Have:
Prior experience in a staffing or consulting firm.
Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws in both regions.
Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours for US coordination (if required).
