Job Title: Tele caller
Qualification: 10th – MBA
Location: Paradise Circle,S D Road,CTC beside Indian Bazar Jaya Mansion,B-block 4th floor, Secunderabed .
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: Work from office
OfficeTimings: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Gender: Females
Salary: Freshers-12245+ Incentives, Experience in insurance depends on pervious salary

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our insurance products and services.
– Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
– Maintain a database of leads and follow up with interested customers.
– Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
– Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by team

Requirements:

– Good communication skills .
– Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
– Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage but not mandatory.
– Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
