Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to learn and kickstart their careers. As a Fresher Assignment Trainee, you will work on real-time projects, assist in day-to-day operations, and be trained on essential skills required for your domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and complete assignments within deadlines.

Assist the team in research, documentation, and operational tasks.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.

Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

Actively collaborate with mentors and peers to solve problems.

Maintain records of tasks, progress reports, and learnings.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.


Eligibility:

Recent graduate (2023/2024/2025) having relevant degrees, e.g., B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA, etc.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Basic understanding of computers

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.


Preferred Skills (Optional but Good to Have):

Internship/project experience in a similar domain.

Certifications in relevant areas (if applicable).

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
