Job Description: SAR India Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic SAP Global Sales Manager to lead and expand our SAP sales initiatives across international markets. This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly in SAP solutions, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities:- Lead global sales efforts for SAP solutions, focusing on enterprise clients across regions.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and performance oversight.- Identify new business opportunities and manage key global accounts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing.- Represent the company at global industry events, conferences, and client meetings.- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP CX, and industry-specific modules.- Proven ability to lead sales teams and close large enterprise deals.- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
