M.E.T SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

We’re hiring a Full Time Senior Sales Executive to join Mingle Eat Talk. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing member relationships, and closing sales deals. If you’re motivated, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential members through various channels primarily through Instagram, whatsapp, and email.
Build strong relationships with MET Community members, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Convert leads into paid members for every event.
Convert leads into paid annual memberships
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Communicate and convert existing members through whatsApp and Instagram for upcoming events, Activities, workshops, etc.
Interview and run curation calls with new members who wish to Join M.E.T. ( Script will be shared with 1 month Training) with monthly target.
Follow up on payments
Requirements:

At least 2.5 -5 years experience in sales and lead generation
Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, Community development, software or events industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility for occasional travel and networking events.
