Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service to staff. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, installing and configuring hardware and software, and resolving user issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Skills in Network Administration and Network Security
Skills and experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
Experience in a similar role is beneficial
Expertise in Hardware and Software troubleshooting
1-3 years experience in IT Troubleshooting
