Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founder. The Founder will be responsible for establishing and leading the overall vision and strategy of Pixel and Pop Media. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing business operations, making high-level decisions about policy and strategy, developing and implementing scalable business plans, and ensuring the company’s strategic objectives are met. Additionally, the Founder will build and manage a high-performing team, foster partnerships, and be the face of the company to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Experience in business development, finance, and operations
Proficiency in marketing, sales, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a remote team
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
