Position : Senior Manager – Institutional Sales & BD

Company Profile : Division – Institutional Business : We are in the Institutional Corporate Attire domain, providing uniform solutions for various Institutions and corporates. As a part of Corporate Uniforms we supply fabrics, Garments and customised solutions for the institutional requirements.

Location : Jasola in Delhi & Andheri – (E) in Mumbai

Education : Any Graduate

Experience : 8+ Years

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Institutional Corporate Uniform Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, and driving revenue growth in the corporate uniform sector.

Job responsibilities :

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients (Corporate Clients).

2. Build and maintain relationships with existing institutional clients to drive retention and growth.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, production, and logistics, to deliver customized uniform solutions to clients.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our uniform products and services, including design, manufacturing, and distribution.

7. Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and other sales materials to clients and prospects.

8. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
