About the Role

As an Information Technology Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless technology operations, safeguard data, and provide timely technical support across various platforms. This position is ideal for a professional eager to make a tangible impact in a growing software environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and remote teams.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and best practices.
Collaborate with teams to support software development and deployment needs.
Maintain accurate IT documentation and manage system upgrades or enhancements.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
Experience with IT security practices, firewalls, and data protection.
Familiarity with software development environments is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
