Job Description:

What does a great “IT Systems Administration” do?

Manage and maintain windows infrastructure ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency. Provide technical support and implement solution to fix windows OS related issues. collaborate with users, other teams, and client to solve issues. Good understanding of active directory, DNS, GPO, and virtualization.

What you will do:

Manage and support 45K on-premises servers including physical and Virtual windows 2012/2016/2019 servers.
Handle bridge calls in outage situation with internal teams as well as with clients.
Windows incident and Alert handling.
User management via active directory.

What you will need to have:

Good communication and reasoning skill.
5+ years’ experience in managing windows servers.
Good Troubleshooting skills on windows infrastructure.
Active directory and DNS knowledge.

What would be great to have:

Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
DHCP and virtualization knowledge.
Sound knowledge and practical approach towards ITIL concepts, especially, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with next level teams and clients, solve major issues.
