Ai ML Engineer Swatantra Technologies

About the Role:

InRisk Labs is in the process of creating a smart AI assistant that helps users design customized parametric insurance products using LLMs and recommender models. As the AI/ML Engineer, you will develop a conversational agent to capture product requirements and configure optimal structures (perils, parameters, triggers). Your work will directly shape how users interact with and build climate risk solutions in seconds.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and fine-tune LLM-based chatbot to interact with users in natural language
Develop product suggestion logic using parameter-based learning models
Create context-aware prompt pipelines integrated with pricing and backend APIs
Set up feedback mechanisms for model improvement based on user / expert input
Optimize inference for latency and scalability, in insurance workflows

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with NLP frameworks (Rasa, spaCy, HuggingFace), LangChain, vector stores (FAISS/Pinecone)
Proficiency in Python, Transformers, prompt chaining, and OpenAI APIs
Demonstrated ability to integrate ML models with backend systems

Good-to-Have:

Experience with reinforcement learning, fine-tuning LLMs, or RAG systems
Prior work on insurance, fintech, or decision support chatbots
