Sales System Engineer – TelcoNet Domain (Remote or On-Site | Night Shift Coverage)

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote or On-Site (India)
Working Hours: Flexible with mandatory night shift availability
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Sales System Engineer with strong networking and IT system experience, especially in the ISP/TelcoNet domain. The role focuses on supporting the sales process with technical expertise, conducting product demos, onboarding clients, and providing deployment support.

Candidates with CCNA / CCNP certifications will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to assess client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Conduct live product demonstrations and answer technical pre-sales questions.
Handle client onboarding, configuration, and deployment of network monitoring solutions.
Support clients with troubleshooting and act as a technical liaison with internal teams.
Prepare documentation including network diagrams and solution notes.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Networking, Pre-Sales, or System Engineering roles.
Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, SNMP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.
Experience with ISP, Telecom, or MSP clients is required.
Familiarity with tools like PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or other NMS platforms.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Availability during night hours for US client support.
Preferred Qualifications

CCNA / CCNP certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience in Telco environments, service level monitoring, and global client handling.
