Urgently hiring For “Tele Caller” (For Female Candidates Only) MAS Financial Services
1. Manage Inbound Calls:
– Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
– Listen actively to customer concerns and inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
– Provide accurate information and solutions to address customer needs effectively.
2. Resolve Customer Requests/Complaints:
– Proactively address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and issues raised during calls.
– Follow up with customers to ensure the successful resolution of their concerns and inquiries.
3. Maintain Call Records:
– Keep detailed and accurate records of all inbound calls made.
– Document relevant information such as customer details, inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up act
