Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound QA Officer with 1-3 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for leading both Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, developing systems, solving daily quality issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Lab Oversight
– Set up and manage in-house testing.
– Conduct and supervise routine checks.
– Ensure batch-wise sample retention and QC records.
Day-to-Day Quality Assurance
– Monitor and resolve daily quality issues.
– Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
Cleaning & Hygiene Systems
– Design and maintain cleaning protocols.
– Ensure hygiene practices across facility.
Supplier Quality Management
– Evaluate and approve raw material suppliers.
– Inspect incoming materials and resolve non-conformance.
Reporting & Improvement
– Maintain quality logs and dashboards.
– Identify and implement quality improvement projects.
Team Coordination
– Collaborate with production and procurement.
– Train production staff on quality practices.
Candidate Requirements
– B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Tech, Microbiology, Biotech, Chemistry.
– 1-3 years of QA/QC experience in beverage/food manufacturing.
– Experience in lab testing, SOP development, and inspections.
– Strong analytical and documentation skills.
– Can manage records manually.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
