Skill set-

Banking Operations experience with front, middle or back office
Experience in a similar capacity is ideal
A plus with Core Banking System knowledge (functional and or technical capacity)
Proficient in English
Knowledge of industry vendors and solutions, definitely a plus
Ability and willingness to travel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English
Strong and effective presentation skills with the ability to influence and sell value
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
Role-
• Support the entire Sales team as a solution specialist

Prepare and develop solution-based presentations and demos
• Create and maintain demo environments with effective banking use cases and process flows
• Prepare and execute customer requested Workshops and POCs
• Attend tradeshows and other industry events
