Responsibilities:

– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

– Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

– High School Diploma and Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

6-day working week.

Salary range: 2.55 – 4. LPA (plus incentives) depending on relevant experience

Requirement :-

Fluency in one or more Indian vernacular languages

Strong sales and communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
