Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology professional at Krishna Maruti Ltd., located in Ranchi. The primary responsibilities include network administration, network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service. The IT professional will ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems, manage network infrastructure, and maintain system security.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Solid knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
