What You’ll Do
Lead and coach the current SDR team, training, reviewing weekly performance, and conducting call review sessions.
Own team management and hiring: define roles, build training modules, and enhance SDR playbooks in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
Refining outreach scripts, managing weekly reviews, and maintaining momentum.
Drive full-team accountability for pipeline generation (call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality) with agile tracking and feedback loops.
What You Bring
3–5 years of SDR experience, including time as an SDR Manager or Lead.
Strong track record in managing SDR teams with US-market exposure.
Hands-on experience developing training content, playbooks, and rollout for SDR excellence.
Shift hours, 3-10PM IST, US overlap works too.
