IT Engineer – Infrastructure (Finance SSC)

We are hiring an IT Engineer to manage ERP access, network security, and infrastructure support for our Finance SSC.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain SAP/ERP access control and troubleshoot issues
Manage IT security, network uptime, and data backup
Liaise with vendors for hardware/software support
Assist in IT automation initiatives

Qualifications:

B. Tech/B.E. in IT / Computer Science
4–6 years’ experience in IT support (SSC/BPO preferred)
Strong ERP, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge
