Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group — Information Technology – Executive Bengaluru, Karnataka, India -FULL TIME

Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for IT which are aligned with Radisson’s overall mission, vision values, and strategies

Troubleshoots and provides technical support

Trains managers and staff on use of hotel applications
Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk and infrastructure teams to resolve IT issues
Schedules and shares timing/impact of changes with appropriate hotel staff
Maintains hotel user accounts in Opera, Connect, Radisson Learning Network, and other hotel applications

Maintains availability and security of networks throughout the hotel

Monitors wireless network for hotel guests and employees
Keeps networks compliant with corporate guidelines
Maintains network security

Stays current on technical updates and changes to hotel utilized applications

Attends training and certification updates to hotel applications
Reviews updates provided by software and hardware vendors
Relays important information and timing of new releases, system repairs, and downtime

Establishes and maintains IT vendor relationships

Work with venders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Periodically submit requests for proposals (RFP) to new and existing vendors for IT-related supplies and services
