Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets through primary and secondary sales channels.
Develop business relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Oversee distribution management, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Identify new opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-9 years of experience in area sales management, preferably in retail sales.
Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
