Automation Tester – Hiring For our Client

Note: We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients (Company name will be disclosed during the interview stage)

Position: Automation Tester
Experience: Fresher (01 Year)
Location: Pune
Annual Package: Up to 5,00,000/-
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech / MCA Computer Science / Information Technology only
Batch: 2024 Pass-Outs only
Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th/Diploma, Graduation/Post-Graduation
Mandatory: Completion of a certified Software Testing course
Skills Required (Must Have):

Automation Testing
Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit (preferred)
Core Java or any object-oriented programming language (OOP)
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle
Writing test cases, executing test scripts, and test scenarios
Basic knowledge of SQL queries, MySQL, or any RDBMS
Familiarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, or any defect tracking tools
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Good understanding of regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing
Strong in logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
Good to Have:

Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Exposure to REST API testing using Postman or REST Assured
Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr
Exposure to Version Control Systems (Git/GitHub)
Understanding of Cross-browser testing, Performance Testing concepts
Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute and maintain automated test cases
Analyze and report test results in alignment with functional requirements
Report bugs and work with developers to resolve issues
Perform post-release and post-implementation testing
Review and analyze system specifications to develop effective test plans
Work closely with developers, BAs, and QA leads in an Agile team
Write and maintain test documentation and QA reports
Participate in all QA-related activities across the software development lifecycle
