Customer Success Executive / Inside sales – (Andheri Chakala) Stellar Information Technology

Role & responsibilities

Stellar is hiring Customer Success Executive role at our Mumbai (Andheri) office.

Person is required to perform end to end tasks related to handling enquiries, sharing quotation, providing updates to clients & do follow ups as required, co-ordinate with internal departments.

Key Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with Negotiations & other sales tactics.
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

Qualification-

Females with any Bachelors degree
