Conduct thorough market research including primary research (dealerships, OEMs) and secondary research (customer reviews, industry outlooks, competitor analysis, and aftermarket data).
Perform detailed market segmentation to identify key customer groups and business opportunities.
Translate market insights into actionable strategies aligned with the BBM and overall objectives.
Develop and support safety narratives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.
Identify and analyze business adjacencies to explore potential growth avenues.
Monitor competitor intelligence to inform strategic positioning and product development.
Analyze social media feedback to understand customer sentiment and optimize product positioning and messaging.
Track and report on market trends to anticipate changes and prepare strategic responses.
Utilize analytical and presentation tools to create impactful reports, presentations, and support in-depth research.
Develop clear, compelling communication narratives to support sales teams.
Provide sales teams with relevant marketing data points and pitches to strengthen customer engagement and conversion.
Author thought leadership content, including white papers, to establish and promote the company s expertise and innovation in the industry.
Cross-collaboration with PRM and MBL within VM.
