IT Executive

Full job description
– Installing and configuring hardware and Software.

– Diagnosing software or hardware issues.

– Providing technical support to all employees.

– Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

– Identifying hardware and software solutions.

– Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.

– Managing multiple cases at one time

– Offering information and support to users.

– Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility.

– Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.

– Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

– Work can also occasionally include installation of network and camera cabling, installing wired/wireless networks, security camera systems, phone systems, and door access systems.

– Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
– Establishing good relationships with all clients and colleagues.
– Managing technical documentation.
– Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
