Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the resolution of network site issues. This includes supporting field teams, tracking issue resolution progress, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely communication and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom or IT infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of network site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Issue Coordination: Coordinate and monitor network site issue tickets, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact between network engineers, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all issues, resolutions, and site updates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling site visits, repairs, and upgrades by coordinating with regional teams and third-party vendors.
Follow-Up: Track open issues and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
Escalations: Escalate critical or prolonged issues to management as needed.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure site resolutions are aligned with internal quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Data Entry and Tracking: Use project management and ticketing systems to enter, update, and track progress on site issues.
Qualifications

03 years of experience in a telecom/network coordination or project coordination role.
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow) and project tracking systems (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
