Senior Product Designer | ClanX | Pune, Maharashtra, India | Full-time, On-site

Requirements

7–8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital product portfolio
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and prototyping tools
Strong user research and usability testing skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and WebEngage
Understanding of information architecture and design systems
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and multi-device optimization
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
Exposure to fast-paced, cross-functional product teams
Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small design teams
Responsibilities

Lead user research, persona development, and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align business and design goals
Define and optimize user flows, navigation, and content structures
Establish and manage a scalable design system across all products
Use analytics tools to guide design improvements based on user behavior
Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across platforms
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
