Technical Support Executive Accurates India
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language.
Proficiency in Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
Strong computer knowledge with basic typing speed ( 20 wpm) required.
