We’re offering a unique Digital Health Engagement Internship where selected candidates will first undergo a 1-week evaluation period. During this week, you will work from the hospital premises and focus on encouraging patients to download and begin using the hospital’s mobile app.
Evaluation Week Objectives
During the 1-week assessment, you will be evaluated on your ability to:
Engage with patients and caregivers in a courteous and confident manner
Guide them in downloading and navigating the hospital’s digital health app
Clearly communicate app features such as booking appointments, accessing reports, ordering medicines, and making payments
Provide basic tech support or troubleshooting as needed
Log patient interactions and daily performance metrics
Performance during this period will determine eligibility for a 6-month internship.
Upon Successful Selection: 6-Month Internship
Full-time, on-site internship at the hospital location
Continued responsibility for patient engagement and app onboarding
Monthly performance tracking (downloads, conversions, feedback)
Exposure to real-time hospital operations and digital health enablement
High-performing interns may be offered a permanent role post-internship
Who Should Apply
Students or recent graduates (12th pass minimum; preference for Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Communication, or Healthcare backgrounds)
Tech-savvy and confident using mobile apps
Strong communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English
Comfortable working in a hospital setting and interacting with diverse individuals
Must own a smartphone with active internet access
