Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive (Branding) will be responsible for creating and executing innovative branding strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding and marketing concepts, as well as experience in executing successful branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute branding strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding initiatives are aligned with overall marketing objectives
Create and manage budgets for branding campaigns
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure quality deliverables within budget
New Product Launch – Handling New Product Launch with the help of Display, POSM like Banner, Posters, etc.
Market Mapping & Data Management
Adherence to the guidelines given by unit Marketing Manager
Monitor and report on the success of branding campaigns using relevant metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into branding strategies
Conduct field visits to gather data, insights and conduct competitor analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in branding or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative branding strategies
Willingness to travel for field visits – DAILY FIELD WORK .
