Role & responsibilities

Process medical billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Verify patient demographic and insurance information for billing purposes.
Enter billing and coding data into the system following established protocols.
Review and reconcile billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy
Assist in resolving billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
